In addition to his impressive portfolio, Urban Bradesko is also a seasoned entrepreneur who has been making waves in the video production industry since the age of 17.
Freeloaders Media House ( 2009 - 2016)
At a young age, Urban recognized the power of video as a medium for storytelling and brand building. With this in mind, he founded his own video production studio in Slovenia, where he began filming commercials, music videos, and documentaries for a wide range of clients.
Rebelway ( 2017 - 2022)
Later on, Urban's entrepreneurial spirit led him to join Rebelway, an online school for visual effects and animation. As a creative director and co-leader, Urban brought his unique perspective and expertise to the table, helping to push the company into new horizons. Under his co-leadership, Rebelway expanded its offerings, partnered with leading FX studios, and attracted students from around the world. Urban also redesigned the company's website and business plan, created workshops, and hosted live webinars. He is passionate about teaching and committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.
Theory Accelerated ( 2022 - Present)
In 2022, Urban Bradesko took on a new challenge by joining forces with Matt Puchala on Theory Accelerated. Together, their goal is to create the fastest GPU-accelerated volumetric system that will revolutionize the VFX industry. With Urban's extensive experience in visual effects and entrepreneurship, and Matt's expertise in programming and software development, the duo is well-equipped to tackle this ambitious project. By creating a GPU-accelerated volumetric system, they aim to provide VFX artists with a more efficient and powerful tool for creating stunning visual effects. This technology will allow artists to work with larger and more complex data sets, resulting in more realistic and immersive visual experiences for audiences. As they work towards this goal, Urban and Matt are once again pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.
a:musé ( 2022 - Present)
We started a:musé with my partner Eva in 2022, and my role was to manage 3D visualizations and create visual content, such as promotional videos and pictures of the candles. We also traveled to Scotland and Greece to capture the stories behind our candles.
As a co-founder of Craftverse, my responsibilities included creating business plans, communicating with investors, pitching decks, engaging with users, and promoting Craftverse at conventions. I captured the heart and soul of this vibrant community on film, spreading the word about Craftverse.
